1. Returns

- Items that cannot be returned include:

- Personal care items (such as toothbrushes, cosmetics, etc.)
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a shipping label. Please send the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.
3. Refunds

- Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
4. Exchanges
